Crystal Cook has been practicing Physical Therapy since February 2007. Her main emphasis is on getting people back to work and play. Although she enjoys working with shoulders, elbows, knees, and ankles the most, she has extensive training in manual therapy to the back and neck as well.  She has taken advanced manual therapy courses for the extremities and spine and will be sitting for her Manual Therapy Certification in December 2008. 

Crystal Cook, PT, DPT

Crystal graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2003. From there she went on to Physical Therapy school at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences where she graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in December 2006. 

After graduation, Crystal began working in Florida as a traveling Physical Therapist. She traveled several great cities but after a year, made a decision to return to her hometown city of Mandeville, Louisiana. She joined the Rehab Dynamics team in November 2007. 

Crystal’s main emphasis is on getting people back to work and play. Although she enjoys working with shoulders, elbows, knees, and ankles the most, she has extensive training in manual therapy to the back and neck as well.  She has taken advanced manual therapy courses for the extremities and spine and will be sitting for her Manual Therapy Certification in December 2008. 

Crystal has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 2003. Her hobbies include volleyball, water skiing, traveling, and shopping.
